I have often used Geo-logic for country stuff - they are good and responsive. We recently had a report from Soil-Mat in the Niagara region - really good stuff and very helpful. Amec Earth and Environmental. You can also look to Trow, Peto Maccallum or Inspec-sol. Some of these guys will do rebar review - saving you the trips.
